Shipping Policy

Every Rolly mat is rolled up with care and sent on its way as quickly as we can, because we know how exciting that doorbell moment is.

Free UK delivery

Standard delivery is free on every UK order. The price you see is the price you pay, nothing added at checkout.

Where we deliver

At the moment we ship across the United Kingdom only. We are working hard on adding worldwide delivery.

A rolled Rolly mat is around 140 cm long, so it travels as an oversized parcel with a tracked courier. For most UK mainland addresses this makes no difference to you. For the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, delivery can occasionally take a little longer.

UK delivery

Dispatch: We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving it.

Delivery: Once it's on its way, expect it to arrive within 3 working days, so most UK orders are with you within 5 working days of placing them.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. During busy periods or new collection launches and holidays dispatch may take a little longer. If it does, we'll let you know.

By law, and as a promise we're glad to make, we'll always deliver within 30 days of your order unless we've agreed something different with you (except pre-orders).

International delivery

Currently we can't offer delivery outside the UK. Please subscribe to our newsletter so you don't miss out worldwide shipping launch!

Pre-orders

Some of our mats are available to pre-order. It's the best way to get your hands on a new design first, and it helps us make exactly the right number rather than over-producing.

Here's how pre-orders work.

  • When it ships. We expect to dispatch pre-orders of mats from "Once upon a time..." collection by 30 September 2026, and often sooner. The moment yours is on its way, you'll get a tracking link by email. By placing a pre-order you're agreeing to this timeframe, which replaces our usual 2-working-day dispatch window.
  • Payment. We take payment when you order so we can reserve your mat.
  • Free UK delivery, always. No extra charge for shipping a pre-order within the UK.
  • Changed your mind? You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it's dispatched, and for up to 30 days after it arrives, for any reason, and for a full refund. Just email us at hello@playonrolly.co.uk with your order number.
  • If we're running behind. If anything means we can't dispatch by the date above, we'll email you before that date to explain and give you a revised timeline. You're welcome to wait, or to cancel for a full refund - whatever works best for you.

Tracking

As soon as your mat is dispatched, you'll get a tracking link by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

If something goes wrong

Until your Rolly is in your hands, it's on us. That's both the law and exactly how we'd want to be treated.

  • Delayed delivery: If your order hasn't arrived within the window above, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.
  • Lost in transit: If your parcel goes missing, we'll sort it, either with a replacement or a full refund. You won't be left out of pocket.
  • Arrived damaged: Please check your mat when it arrives and contact us within 30 days of delivery if anything isn't right. A photo helps if you can, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Returns

Changed your mind? You're very welcome to return your mat within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
